Shipping Coverage
Zomcart currently ships exclusively within the United States. At this time, we are unable to process or deliver orders to addresses outside the United States.
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed during our regular business hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT -10:00)
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT -10:00), Monday through Friday
Orders placed before the daily cut-off time on a business day will generally begin processing the same business day, provided payment has been successfully authorized. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Processing / Handling Time: 3–4 Business Days
Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–12 Business Days
The estimated total delivery time includes both the processing/handling time and the transit time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, shipping destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures (where applicable), peak shipping seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Snoova offers free shipping on all orders. No shipping charges apply. The shipping cost will be displayed as $0.00 (Free) during checkout before payment is completed and will be included in your final order summary.
Shipping Carriers
Zomcart works with trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable logistics partners, depending on the shipping destination, package requirements, and carrier availability.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your available tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you can track your shipment through our Track Your Order page using your Order Number, Email Address, and Tracking Number (where available).
Late or Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include severe weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections (where applicable), high shipping volumes, or other unforeseen events.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order. Zomcart is not responsible for shipping delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may only be possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
