You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the Return Authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, ZomCart will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed immediately.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@zomcart.shop with photos of the product so we can make it right immediately.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
